Christianity Explored (external link) is a 7 week course designed to introduce you and your friends to the basics of the Christian faith. We will explore what the Bible says about Jesus Christ and how to know God personally. Topics covered include:
- Who is Jesus?
- Jesus’ Crucifixion
- Jesus’ Resurrection
- Exploring the gift of Grace
- What is a Christian?
- Becoming part of the Church family
Christianity Explored assumes little or no knowledge of the Bible or any previous experience of the Christian faith. It is for all of us who have trouble telling the difference between an epistle and an apostle but want to know what Christianity is really about.
We meet to eat together at 7:30pm and the sessions run for two hours in total.
It takes place three times a year (February-March, May-June and October-November).
Our next course begins Thursday 10th October 2013 at St Lawrence, Gotham.
