About our villages …
Wikipedia has general information about our villages Barton, Gotham, Kingston, Ratcliffe, and Thrumpton, which are situated in Rushcliffe Borough Council.
Four of them have their own village websites - Barton, Gotham, Kingston, and Thrumpton, and there is also the Gotham and District history society, where you can read about our villages’ interesting past.

Whilst our villages are easily accessible by car from the M1 and A453, they are also only a short taxi ride from East Midlands Parkway train station, and the East Midlands Airport.
Gotham is served by the South Notts 1 bus (NCT1) which operates 7 days a week.
The other villages are on local bus service 865 which runs between Clifton Park and Ride and Normanton-on-Soar, though please do note that there is no bus service on a Sunday on this route.
There is also Redhill Marina near by if you prefer to arrive in leisurely style by boat.
